The Return of Andy Henly

Making a return to Chippenham Hospital Radio is Andy Henly who starts a new programme on a Sunday lunchtime called ‘Big Ones & New Ones’.

Andy started his broadcasting career with us when the station launched in 1983 and has gone on to work for radio stations including GWR, Bath FM, More Radio and The Breeze. 

He recently took part in our 30th anniversary weekends and enjoyed it so much he was keen to get back behind the mic on a more regular basis.

Station Manager Simon Hyde said “It’s great that we’ve got such a well respected broadcaster back where it all started for him in Chippenham. Andy is well known in the town and the county and will bring an amazing amount of experience to Chippenham Hospital Radio”.
